The Company
Founded by two friends, one in Florida, the other in Arizona, both long time entrepreneurs. We Shop And Deliver® was
created to bring a higher level of professionalism to the grocery delivery arena. We Shop And Deliver® is committed to
providing outstanding grocery delivery services to residential, and commercial customers. It is our goal to exceed our
customers’ expectations for quality and service, while paying close attention to each customer’s individual needs.

Our Shoppers
Our professional shoppers are fully trained in selecting items from store shelves. Things like freshness, expiration dates,
damaged packaging are of the utmost importance. Items are picked just as they would be if our shoppers were actually
buying for themselves. Every grocery item is inspected very carefully before it’s ever placed in their shopping baskets.

Drivers
We won’t allow just anyone to go into your home. We take customer safety very seriously! Each one of our drivers has
had thorough background, and finger print checks. Regular drug tests are also administered. All of our drivers are properly
trained as to the safe transportation of grocery items, proper temperature control, and the safe operation of their assigned
delivery vehicles. Drivers are also fully trained customer service experts. If and when any problems were to arise, it will be
handled in the most professional, and friendly manner. Drivers also keep customers on their assigned routes informed of
any, changes as to orders, changes in delivery times, company policy changes, etc. All drivers are equipped with cell
phones and have the phone numbers of clients they have orders for.
Delivery Vehicles
Our professional late model delivery vehicles are super clean. We take great pride in our appearance and it shows in our
trucks too. You can rest assured that your food is being brought to you in clean, safe vehicles. Each one of our trucks is
either refrigerated, or is equipped with insulated transport containers. For security, our trucks are also clearly marked with
large graphics so you can see who is pulling up to your home. Installed GPS units help drivers safely and efficiently
navigate routes. |
